SHIPPING POLICY

Paintings are carefully packaged by Mendo. A handful of couriers are chosen by Mendo or Mendo may deliver the painting himself.

Mendo prides himself on going the extra mile to ensure the paintings are well packaged.

• Shipping costs are free within Australia from the website
• Large commissions may be charged additional fees that will quote before we proceed.
• International shipping will be quoted everytime before purchase.
• Tracking may be available as well and sent to your email.
• Photos are taken of the carton prior to sending that may help with insurance claims.
• From the date of purchase it may take 1-3 business days for the painting to be picked up.
• If anything is damaged it must be reported on the day of arrival.
• Your location must be able to receive the painting during business hours, so your workplace may be another good location to receive the painting.
• Mendo may deliver the artwork himself when convenient.
• Mendo never hangs the artwork on the wall due to liabiltiy lack of certifications. Generally most client hang the paintings themselves or Mendo can recommend a company.
